No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have access to your home. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around your family.
We welcome your furry friends! We are used to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking so that we can ensure their needs are accommodated.
No, you are not bound to a contract. We want you to want us there!
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit. Rescheduling will be determined by our availability and may be charged a $100 fee for last minute changes.
Chic Cleaning Co offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please inform us as soon as possible and provide photos of any dissatisfaction within 24hrs of your cleaning visit.

While we have high standards, sometimes things can get missed or a priority zone of a client wasn’t executed well. It is our priority to make these things right and ensure all of our clients are happy.

We offer an Eco-Friendly product options. We also have a powerful commercial steam cleaner on hand that works wonders in bathrooms for an deep green clean.
You can pay with any major credit card or e-transfer. A credit card can be stored in our system and charged automatically after each visit. Payment is due upon receiving the invoice.
We are an insured, bonded & licensed business. We want to provide you with peace of mind. Our GST number is located on the bottom of our invoices for your income tax purposes.
The Chic Crew is selectively chosen through a series of criminal record checks, background & reference checks.

With the occasion of illness or booked time off, we would dedicate a different cleaner/team temporarily. The Chic standard is consistent among all our cleaners. If you are ever unsatisfied with your team, we will be sure to find the right fit for you.
Not at all! We want you to have us come clean without having to “clean for your cleaner!” If you feel you absolutely need to do something it is helpful to have the space tidied up & laundry/toys picked up. However, there is absolutely no obligation to do anything before we come.
